What does CrumbLabz do?
We build custom software that runs a business’s operations, websites that do real work, and we set up AI properly for teams that want more than a chat window. Most clients start with one problem that costs them hours every week.
Who will we actually work with?
You work directly with our founders, from the first call through launch and support, with our engineers building alongside them. No account managers, no hand-offs.
Do we need to be technical?
No. You tell us how the work gets done today; we handle the technical side and explain it in plain English.
How does a project run?
For software and websites: a free first call, then we map the solution and give you a clear sense of pricing. The Build gets a first working version into your hands and refines it as you use it; The Partnership then hosts, cares for and keeps improving it, monthly from go-live. Pricing is value-based: set so it makes sense for your business and for us. AI consulting works differently: it’s booked by the session at published prices.
Do we have to manage the software?
No. That’s what The Partnership is for: we host, run and care for it, so there are no servers or code to look after. Your data is always yours and exportable. If your team would rather run the software itself, we can talk about that.
Why is The Partnership more than a normal hosting plan?
Because it isn’t just hosting. It includes care (updates, fixes, monitoring), direct access to our team, a quarterly AI Check, and upgrades we bring you as we build new capabilities. We keep improving what you have, through care and the upgrades we build.
What counts as a Touch-Up versus an Expansion?
A Touch-Up is a small change to something that already exists, like a new listing, a photo swap or a fresh bio. Small changes are often already covered by the Care+ part of your Partnership, at no extra cost; larger batches may be billed at $150/hr in 30-minute blocks. An Expansion adds something new, like a new section, feature or integration: it’s scoped and quoted first, and the project fee and any Partnership increase are agreed before work starts.
Is each project priced separately?
Yes. Each site, tool or system has its own Build and its own Partnership, so you can add one or stop one without affecting the others.
What if we want to stop?
We set clear expectations up front about what the engagement looks like, including how it ends. Your data is always yours, and you can export it.
